Luminar AI Missing Sliders Fix – Skylum Support Delays
Since installing Luminar AI I have been experiencing a bug where the Color Contrast, Split Color Warmth, and Color Balance on the Pro tab do not appear when clicked. If you are having this problem there is an easy fix. I also document my support ticket with Skylum and how it has progressed over the first 13 days.
** This fix will work for the missing slider on the optics tab as well **
1/3/20201 – Support ticket update. Received a form email from Skylum asking me to submit a copy of the image file I am having trouble with
1/4/2021 – Skylum acknowledges the existence of the bug and states a fix will be out soon.
I did reach out to Skylum for comment, however, at the time of this video being published I had not gotten a official reply.
