Wandering our way through mid-town to Rockefeller Center we had to stop to take a photo of the iconic Radio City Music Hall. Radio City was built by John D. Rockefeller and opened to the public in December of 1932. Over the years it has been used to show movies, live acts, television broadcasts, plays and is home of the world famous Rockettes.
It was a quiet Sunday night and both car and pedestrian traffic was at a minimum. Rare for New York City. On the opposite corner of Radio City is this beautiful fountain. I thought, after I get a shot of Radio City it would be great to get a picture of this fountain. With traffic so light I had an opportunity to get the best of both worlds, Radio City and the fountain. Boom.
