Spring is right around the corner but the ice is still frozen at Rockefeller Center. Believe it or not, it is a great time to go and skate there. The crowds are very light in the evenings and the outside temperature is still just cold enough to keep the ice frozen but not so much you. Here is a shot of the rink just before security politely chased us away. Apparently tripods are not allowed in Rockefeller Center. It was OK though, I was happy with the couple of shots that I had gotten.
