Stage Diving School

  • 2 min read

Last night Patent Pending performed at Mulcahy’s in Wantagh after returning from a successful U.K. tour. It was a typical night for Patent Pending full of high energy performances mixed in with stories and humor from Joe Ragosta, the Patent Pending front-man, and the rest of the band.

The highlight of last nights show really came at the end though. After the first encore, Ragosta called up the mother of guitarist Rob Felicetti and said a few kind words. Then Ragosta told the audience he wanted her to do a stage dive into the crowd. After a few words of encouragement, and a stern warning to the audience not to drop her, Felicetti’s mom took the dive. The dive was a success and Mom returned to solid ground unharmed. The look on Ragosta and Felicetti’s face, however, is priceless. Click on the pictures to see them full size.
